In engagement with clients, Vannessa performs qualitative analysis and lends valuable guidance to shape Good Scout’s assessment process, ensuring that strategic decisions are well-informed by data.

Vannessa is currently completing her Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of Arizona.
