Position Overview

Lead MHC’s corporate partnership strategy and serve as a primary driver of fundraising revenue for the organization. This is first and foremost a revenue-generating role, responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing corporate partnerships that fund MHC’s mission through mutually beneficial, multi-touchpoint relationships. The Director, Corporate Partnerships builds and manages a portfolio of corporate partners who invest in MHC through event sponsorships, cause marketing, and programmatic partnerships, with particular focus on growing sponsorship revenue across MHC’s Annual Golf Tournament, Annual Summit, and Wellbeing at Work.

Beyond individual partnerships, this role is responsible for building Wellbeing at Work into a year-round corporate engagement platform that serves as a key vehicle for new partner acquisition. The Director, Corporate Partnerships works closely with the Executive Director and broader staff team to ensure that partnership activity connects meaningfully to MHC’s programmatic work and coalition ecosystem.
