Good Scout helped identify strategic integration areas to align the team under organizational goals and objectives. Through a series of workshops, we collaborated in the creation of a mission-centered fundraising framework to support the diversification of revenue and to leverage efficiencies across a large program.
We implemented emerging leadership development coaching and worked toward alignment of the fundraising portfolio to uncover gaps, highlight opportunities, and create efficiencies.
