Share Our Strength had the opportunity to build a comprehensive revenue-generating program that matches its growing mission impact, with goals of increasing annual revenue to $100M in the near term and establishing architecture for sustained long-term expansion.


Good Scout helped identify strategic integration areas to align the team under organizational goals and objectives. Through a series of workshops, we collaborated in the creation of a mission-centered fundraising framework to support the diversification of revenue and to leverage efficiencies across a large program.


We implemented emerging leadership development coaching and worked toward alignment of the fundraising portfolio to uncover gaps, highlight opportunities, and create efficiencies. Additionally, we co-created a disciplined approach to aspects of their fundraising strategy and revenue diversification, ultimately resulting in an increased footprint for impact.
